Banking Services - Phone Banking

Accessing your account is now only a phone call away. With Carolina Federal’s Phone Teller, customers can:

  • Check on account balances

  • Review cleared checks

  • Verify deposits

  • Transfer money between accounts

  • Make loan payments

The Phone Teller will guide you through your menu options. However, here are a few things you need to know that will help you get started.

  • Press 1 to access information concerning your account.
  • The Phone Teller will prompt you to enter your Social Security number for personal accounts, or your Tax ID# for business accounts.
  • The Phone Teller will then prompt you for a PIN (Personal Identification Number). The first time you login, your PIN will be the last 4 digits of your SocialSecurity number for personal accounts, or the last 4 digits of your Tax ID# for business accounts. It will then prompt you to enter a new PIN, which must also be 4 digits in length.
